Shipping & Returns
I accept payment processed through PayPal & credit card.
Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the payment has been processed. Items are shipped by Registered Airmail with a tracking number. You will receive an email as soon as the jewelery is ready to be shipped.
The buyer is responsible for any import taxes that customs might claim. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping can take up to two or three weeks to reach the destination, depending on your location. You can follow your order through its Tracking number.
For express shipping please contact me before you order so I can provide the correct price for shipping your package.
The item will be shipped to the address provided at the checkout unless specified otherwise.
The jewels are shipped in a gift box wrapped in a bubble mailer for protection.
All shipping is uninsured unless specifically requested. If you would like to buy insurance on your parcel, please let me know so I can calculate the extra cost for you.

All my jewellery is handcrafted in my own workshop. The patination- & oxidationprocesses are not 100% controllable. This means you will get a unique piece which can be slightly different from the picture. I hope you understand this and realise that it makes your jewel only more special.
If there is any problem with your jewel, please let me know about it.
Except for custom or personalized orders, I accept returns.
You should contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back to me within 14 days of delivery.
As the buyer you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
