The buyer is responsible for any import taxes or other extra costs that the shipping company or customs might claim.
All jewelry is packed with great care.
We provide a beautiful paper box for the majority of our designs, which is perfect to store your jewelry and for gift giving.
These are carefully placed in a special shipping box with silk paper for protection.
This way our jewelry arrive safely, wherever they go.

SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to always have a small amount of stock of our designs.
In case we don’t have stock of the chosen design, this means the production will start after we received your order.
Items that are in stock will be shipped each week on wednesdays.
If you are in doubt whether your jewelry could reach you in time, please contact us to check upon the availability of the specific design.

Items are shipped by Bpost or DPD with a tracking number. You will receive an email as soon as the jewelry is shipped with the link to follow your package.
Shipping time to Belgium within 2 business days.
Shipping time to EU within 3-5 business days.
For further destinations it can take up to 10-15 business days to reach the destination, depending on your location.
You can follow your order through its Tracking number.
For express shipping please contact me before you order so I can provide the correct price for shipping your package.
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or other happenings beyond our control.

PAYMENTS

RIGHT TO CANCEL

All the jewelry is handcrafted in our own workshop in Leuven, Belgium.
Due to the nature of the process you will get a unique piece which can be slightly different from the picture.
We hope you understand this and realise that it makes your jewel only more special.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
Except for custom or personalised orders, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
