Shipping & Returns
We accept payment processed through PayPal & credit card.
We aim to always have a small amount of stock of our designs. This means we can ship within 48 hours. However if your order is urgent, please contact us to check upon the availability of the specific design.
In case we don’t have stock of the chosen design, the following periods are to be taken in account.
Items in copper, brass and silver will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the payment has been processed. Rings, bracelets and other goldplated pieces will be shipped 10-15 business days after processing of the payment.
Items are shipped by Bpost or DPD with a tracking number. You will receive an email as soon as the jewelery is shipped with the link to follow your package.
The buyer is responsible for any import taxes or other extra costs that the shipping company or customs might claim. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or other happenings beyond our control.
Shipping can take up to two or three weeks to reach the destination, depending on your location. You can follow your order through its Tracking number.
For express shipping please contact me before you order so I can provide the correct price for shipping your package.
The item will be shipped to the address provided at the checkout unless specified otherwise.
The jewels are shipped in a gift box wrapped in a bubble mailer or a box with silk paper for protection.
All shipping is uninsured unless specifically requested. If you would like to buy insurance on your parcel, please let me know so I can calculate the extra cost for you.
We cannot be responsible for damage through transport nor the loss of the package caused by the transport firm.

All the jewellery is handcrafted in our own workshop. The patination- & oxidationprocesses are not 100% controllable. This means you will get a unique piece which can be slightly different from the picture. We hope you understand this and realise that it makes your jewel only more special.
If there is any problem with your jewel, please let us know about it.
Except for custom or personalized orders, we accept returns.
You should contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
As the buyer you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
The refund will only take place once we have received the item in original condition.
